Zavvi is the UK's largest independent entertainment retailer, with 125 high street stores and a hugely successful e-commerce site, originally architected by Underwired in 1997.
We now manage Zavvi's eCRM programme, and we're currently re-segmentating their database of over two million customers and developing creative for the 2008 Christmas campaign.
